Halifax, NS – 13 June 2007 – DHX Media (or the “Company”) has been advised that on 12 June 2007, Charles Bishop, a director and officer of the Company, transferred 235,849 common shares in the Company at the price of CDN $1.40 per share to the following directors and officers:
Michael Donovan (officer and director): 175,000 common shares;
J William Ritchie (non-executive director): 50,000 common shares;
Dana Landry (officer): 10,849 common shares.
All shares remain subject to orderly market transfer restrictions.
Following these transfers, Michael Donovan is beneficially interested in 6,952,027 common shares representing 21.2% of the issued share capital of the Company, J. William Ritchie is beneficially interested in 513,554 common shares representing 1.6% of the issued share capital of the Company, Dana Landry is beneficially interested in 185,849 common shares representing 0.6% of the issued share capital of the Company, and Charles Bishop is beneficially interested in 2,541,178 common shares representing 7.7% of the issued share capital of the Company.
