THE LATEST BUZZ – SECOND SEASON COMMISSION

Halifax, NS – 19 June 2007 – DHX Media Ltd. (AIM & TSX ticker: “DHX”), a leading independent international producer and distributor of television programming and interactive content, is pleased to announce that The Family Channel in Canada has commissioned a second season of its brand new comedy for tweens, The Latest Buzz, for 26 new 22’ episodes.

“We are pleased to have a second season order of The Latest Buzz. We are also very excited to be working with the Family Channel on our first multi-camera sitcom,” said Beth Stevenson, Executive Vice President Production and Development of DHX Media’s distribution subsidiary, Decode Enterprises Ltd.

Naturally Sadie, currently in its third season, airs around the world with broadcasters including The Family Channel, Disney Channel US, Nickelodeon International, Nickelodeon Asia and Nickelodeon UK, MBC3 and France 2.
