Halifax, NS – 7 June 2019 – DHX Media (or the “Company”) (TSX: DHX, NASDAQ: DHXM) has closed the previously announced sale of a building on Bartley Drive, Toronto, for gross proceeds of C$12.0 million. Net proceeds from the sale will be used to pay down debt. The sale is part of the Company’s ongoing strategic shift to focus and streamline its operations and reduce leverage.
